I worked on this game at during two internships for a total of ten months at Porcelaine Games, whom I greatly thank for the help and experience they provided me with.

Summary

England, 1193.

As the new royal cook, your goal is to keep Prince John's family happy and well-fed. You literally cook for your life: lose their respect, you’ll be hanged, serve them on a bad day, you’ll be hanged.

Your only hope lies in the return of King Richard and Robin Hood and his Merry Folk seem to believe YOU might be the key to putting him back on England’s throne.

In this narration driven management game, you'll to play as the new royal cook, fighting for your life. Gather ingredients, cook gorgeous meals, and be careful of all your actions and who you befriend. 

My implication

In-game Screens

I was a narrative designer/writer and game designer on this game.

During my first internship, I mostly worked on the story and quests (narration and integration), as well the characters, their relations and how to define them gameplay-wise. I also wrote and translated the needed dialogues and texts.

Then during my second internship, I still worked on adjustments about the story but also did conception of features and design documents for new important mechanics such as the cooking mini-games.
